i-Health App Privacy Policy

Summary: i-Health App is a Bluetooth device control application for health devices. We store only the connected device ID locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
1. Information We Collect and Store
i-Health App is a Bluetooth device control application. The only data we store is:
- Device ID: When you connect to a Bluetooth health device, we store the device ID locally on your device so you can reconnect automatically next time. This is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
We do NOT collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Health data or measurements
- Usage analytics
- Any data transmitted to external servers
2. Data Storage Location and Retention
- Storage Location: All data is stored locally on your device only. We do not have any servers or cloud storage. Your data never leaves your device.
- Retention Period: The device ID is stored until you delete it using one of the methods below, or until you uninstall the app.
3. How to Delete Your Data
You have complete control over your data. You can delete all stored data at any time using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Clear App Data (Recommended)
For Android users:
- Go to your device Settings
- Tap Apps (or Applications)
- Find and tap i-Health
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage
- Confirm by tapping OK
For iOS users:
- Go to your device Settings
- Tap General → iPhone Storage
- Find and tap i-Health
- Tap Delete App to remove the app and all its data
Method 2: Uninstall the App
Uninstalling the i-Health app will permanently delete all locally stored data, including:
- Connected device ID
- All app settings and preferences
- Any cached data
Android: Long press the app icon → Uninstall → OK
iOS: Long press the app icon → Remove App → Delete App → Delete
Method 3: Disconnect Device in App
Within the app, you can disconnect from the Bluetooth device:
- Open the i-Health app
- Tap the Device button to disconnect
- This will clear the current connection (device ID remains stored for easy reconnection)
Note: To completely remove the stored device ID, please use Method 1 or 2 above.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit your data to any third parties. Since all data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to any server, there is no data sharing of any kind.
5. Permissions We Request
- Bluetooth: Required to scan for, connect to, and communicate with your health devices. Without this permission, the app cannot function.
- Location (Android only): Required by the Android operating system for Bluetooth Low Energy scanning. We do not use, collect, or store any location data. This is an Android system requirement, not our choice.
6. Security
Since all data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to any server, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend:
- Keep your device's operating system updated
- Use a screen lock on your device
- Do not share your device with untrusted individuals
7. Children's Privacy
Our app does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app only stores a device ID for Bluetooth connection purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
This app does not use any third-party services, analytics tools, advertising networks, or social media integrations. Your data stays completely on your device.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date above
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what data is stored (device ID only)
- Delete your data at any time using the methods described above
- Uninstall the app to remove all data
